O2 sim WiFi will not work through to-link

O2 data sim will not work in my tp-link even though my tv and other devices recognise it, say it is connected and is receiving a full signal!

Check you have the correct apn in device settings.

For O2 you need:

Name : o2 mobile web

APN : mobile.o2.co.uk (PAYG - payandgo.o2.co.uk)

Proxy, Port  : Please leave blank

Username - o2web (PAYG - payandgo)

Password - password

Server - Please leave blank

MI5, how do I access my device settings when the web isn’t available? Do I need to check settings on each device? Tv, Mac, phone etc. Thanks in advance. Andy

Follow the steps here to set your apn for O2.

I've linked to the first page you need to login, then follow it to the next page after you're logged in to set the apn with the details I posted above.

Choose either the PAYG or pay monthly depending on your sim.
