O2 not adding bonus data

Any way to get through to someone at O2 that can actually update an account. to add missing bonus data? App chat is useless- seem incapable of helping, keep telling me to wait 24 hours to see the update- phoning 202 results on a 45 minute hold then told they can’t see any issues and can’t help. Any ideas anyone? Thnx

What is it you are missing exactly?

Missing 150gb of bonus data that should have been included with a contract upgrade via 3rd party. O2 saying they can see it should be added but can’t seem capable of actually adding it
