I can’t login into my o2 app, and I can’t connect my Apple Watch to my data

You will need to call o2 regarding app access Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

For watch data, you need an o2 pay monthly account with an active direct debit to pay bills from, then follow the watch data setup routine in the watch app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
