Number port now disconnected

Hi how long does a port take?

 

my number is being moved from Payugo to my contact.

 

the is they seem to of disconnected it, but not ported it to my contact.

now when any tries to phone my the number is disconnected.

 

now no one can get hold of me and I can not get hold of O2.  

 

rubbish !! 

its been 24hours with disconnection, should i left it longer or have they just cut me off?

Porting wont happen over the weekend. Also due to the current crisis it's slower than normal. Keep rebooting the phone.

Thanks for your quick reply, I will wait longer i guess.

I am amazed O2 were not better prepared for this type of situation.
working for a managed service provider it took us about a week to get BAU services on track.

So 4 days in, granted only 2 working days and my number still disconnected, should i be worried my number is lost yet?
is this taking days or weeks at the moment ?

Well now 5 days in with a dead number and still sign of things being sorted out.

 

however seems they can send me a text on another number to tell me to stop calling CS unless it urgent.

 

is just done to make me angry ?

Not intentionally I'm sure. Every utility company and banks have been sending out similar texts.
