Not receiving O2 emails and can not get into My O2 - Help

I ordered a new phone from O2 but I'm not receiving emails from O2. There is NO problem with my email. It works fine. I'm receiving emails from others and NO ITS NOT IN THE SPAM folder. Having googled this I see others have had similar problems. I can't get into my O2 account as it asks me to verify my email address, which I am not getting.

 

I believe there is an issue between my email account provider and O2's email accounts.

 

I can't check the status of my phone and sim order and I can't seem to chat to anyone.

 

Please help asap

Customer Services will be closed at this time, on a Sunday, did you get the emails before signing the contract, as you will only get the next email when your phone and sim ship.

 

You will be best messaging O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

 

Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

Also. I was meant to have received a email regarding my phone order so I can track it but I can't. When in live chat earlier, I didn't an link emailed to me either

Hi. Thanks for replying. No I didn't get any emails. When in the live chat regarding my purchase the O2 guy tried to email me a link but it never came through, The chat then crashed but I managed to do the purchase myself anyway.

No worries, in that case, I would speak to Customer Services, and see if the can help, best way is via Social Media at this time of day

@MarkS90 O2 doesn't run a live stock reporting system, so there's no guarantee that the phone you ordered is in stock even if it says it is on the website, but O2 are always happy to take your order and your money.

@MarkS90 The only way you'll know for certain is when you receive a confirmation email that your phone has shipped. How long that takes is anyone's guess. We're all customers here, so there's no way anyone can give you any more info than that.
