Hello,

Me and my fiance moved to new house two months ago. Since then we got no signal at home, we have to go outside to get any signal and make a call. I reported it through signal checker (coverage checker says we have 4G indoor) website and get a reply that there is a problem with a mast. After few days I received another text saying it's fine now. No, it isn't. Reported again. Again problem with mast. And again fixed. Again - no, it isn't. Reported again. "We will investigate it and return to you" - it was a month ago and no reply so far.

On the top of this, at work I got a signal but without internet (outside building).

When I'm driving M1 daily, every single call is interrupted at least few times.

Before you advice me to do phone checks - I already done them. I checked both my and my fiance phones, reset seatings etc - same issue. Phones are fine.

We are paying 2x over £70 per month for something which it's not working at all.

Tried to speak with someone from Customer Service on 202. After two hours of listening music I resigned.

@Greg_Surma

Coverage Maps on all networks is based on outdoor coverage and are computer simulations. Indoor coverage can be affected by allsorts as Radio Waves aren't very good at getting through objects.

No network guarantees coverage, and you can alway use WiFi Calling by utilising your home broadband connection.
