I have no signal on my mobile for over a week now because of a phone mast not working close to my area. I do have access to wifi facility but for carrying out banking transactions to pay my bills and rent I need texting facility to receive OTP to authorise those transactions which currently I am unable to perform. As per the update on O2 website, this issue won't be solved before 17th of Sep 2021. Please advice is there is any alternative to carry out the important functions I have mentioned above.
