No signal

Hi, for the last 4 weeks or so I have been having horrific problems with signal on my phone. I cannot make calls out well and people struggle to ring me. When I do manage to have phone calls, the quality is rubbish and either cuts out or other people cannot hear me. What could be the reason? Thanks

It could be a variety of issues:

1. Try you sim card in a different phone and see if you have the same issue, if not it could be a phone issue.

2. Have a look on https://status.o2.co.uk and enter your post code and see of there are any issues in your area
