No signal for 2 days in KT7 area

We have had no signal on any of my family’s phones for 2 days wherever we are abs when I turn my phone off and on it’s easy that o2 have disabled 4G. My account is fine and when I go to network checker it just says that it is very busy at the moment. What is going on?

They will be fixing a mast somewhere. keep an eye on this https://status.o2.co.uk/ 

Also download the O2 My Network app. You can report it via that route. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network 

edited to add, use 3g for now, It could be network congestion
