My phone has been experiencing no service since yesterday. I requested for my old number to be moved onto my contract but since the new number has come all my network settings have been down. I cannot access mobile data or take and receive calls. Please help!
Have you rebooted the phone?
I keep having the exact same problem with my new phone, it’s only a month old I paid my first bill today, but every time I try and contact o2 it’s says they’re busy and to come back later 🤦🏻♀️! But if I turn my phone off and then back on after a cpl seconds and it works fine until the next time…but it’s a nightmare to get in touch 😤
