No service

Hi.

my phone has had no service all week and only gets a signal in WiFi areas(hotels, pubs etc). Never had this issue before. I work outside and need my phone but it isn’t connecting. I’m useless at troubleshooting and hope someone can point me in the right direction? It may be something simple that I’m not aware of!
