I’ve just recently put a new 5G sim in a new phone about 2 hours ago. I can use all my apps but cannot send messages or make calls. My phone has no service. I’ve kept the same number.

Edit: Or you can just put your old sim in the new phone. If you're not in a 5G capable area you can use the old sim until the area upgrades.
