Since yesterday I've had no mobile service at all, and it's not the first time this has happened, it's happened multiple times over the last few months. I have tried doing everything which has been suggested to me by the FAQ's and other suggestions, but nothing has worked.

Have you been able to try your sim in another phone?

That way the issue can be narrowed down

Are your bills up to date?

So does your sim work in another phone @danielflavell 

If it does then your handset is the problem

If it doesn't then it's an account problem and @O2Lisa  or @O2Georgina  can look at that in the morning

Just to eliminate one or the other and to give them a starting point
