@Tommo13

Check for network faults O2 Service Status

and try help here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Tommo13 , how are you getting on with your iPhone at the moment? Did you manage to get service back or are you still struggling with this?

Cheers for the suggestions above guys @MI5 , @jonsie slight_smile

Yes, bill has been paid. Phone says it needs an update before mobile data can be used but no update available on the phone.
iTunes update has not worked either

@Tommo13

I'd back it up to iTunes and then reset the entire phone and see if that fixes it.

If not it must be an account issue so you'll need to get customer service to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
