Hi I have no network and am guessing that you have put back on the bars which now can't even call you on 202 number even though I have a payment plan in place so I'd really like if you can remove all the bars

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s payment management team about – give them a call on 0800 902 0217.
You can use Skype to call the 0800 number.
