I have had no signal for 2 weeks now, either emergency calls only or no signal bars. I have done all the checks contacted o2 but still getting nowhere. People are trying to call me and can't get through yet o2 say there is no network problems. This has been going on since i upgraded to the s20 new sim card my son has no signal either or emergency calls only he upgraded on fri to the s21 new sim card

You should be using your old sim if previously on O2 or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
