I have had no network since yesterday morning. I can't get anyone from 02 to get back to me. I've tried turning on and off. Resetting apn, removing sim card. Nothing is working. Please help

If you are still having issues there are some things to try @Fazzles1
- swap your sim with another working phone
- request a new sim from a local store or customer services ( there are some alternative numbers and hints on getting through in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support )
