Hi,

My IPhone XR will not allow me to make calls or send texts at any time. There is no network connection, I have checked the network on here and it says its all running properly. I have connected to I tunes and there is no new updates. I have tried re-setting the network and it still does not work.

This has happened to me before and I went to the 02 shop who replaced the sim twice and then they said it was apples problem. I went to the apple store who ran a diagnostic and they said the phone was ok.

What can I do?

Thanks

Sally

@Sm12

Are you PAYG or monthly contract?

If PAYG, do you have credit or an active bundle?

Have you tried the sim n another phone to see if it is faulty?

Guide here Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
