Any quick help gratefully received.

Have purchased a reconditioned iPhone 7 from o2 as an upgrade on my existing iPad number. MYO2 account shows the change of tariff from iPad to new calls, messages, data tariff. Have setup iPhone and updated software. All good but no service. Have off'd and on'd a few times but no mobile signal.

can't get through to CS today is there anything automated I can do?

is it possibly because it's gone from iPad to iPhone?

thanks in advance

@Neildelahay

Do you have a known good sim you can try in the phone?

Thanks for the quick response. The Sim in it works fine. I popped it back in the iPad and got mobile data no probs. So I'm hoping it's a configuration on my account.

The sim in the iPhone works fine you say?

Is that not the sim you need to be using then?

Hi sorry for some confusion.

the sim originated in my iPad. I have put it back in my iPad and still works on mobile data. Back in the iPhone I get no service. I have a sim in my phone but am 1 hour 22 mins on hold with CS so reluctant to hang up yet.

thnx

You should use the new sim sent with your phone.
