No Network Coverage since Friday - Unable to Contact O2...not happy

Hi O2 - as I cannot speak to anyone without holding fro in excess of 45 minutes each time (x4 so far and cut off twice), Twitter messages are ignored and the website keeps updating with same generic non-committal message, could someone, anyone let me know when the signal will be back in Scotland please?

 

Only been down since Friday evening and as we're a remote community paying for your service, it would be swell to have someone indicate when things'll be fixed.

 

Look forward to any reply you'd be courteous enough to extend..

No one on here will know, as with all the problems with power cuts is still ongoing, and this have impacted masts in the storm


best way to check is via https://status.o2.co.uk  and look at using the my network app. 

Current Phone: Motorola Razr 5g
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
