Hi
We have a wireless router with an o2 sim card. This has been working fine for months. Last week our laptops and wireless printer started to get a "no internet" message.
The postcode is HD8 [Personal details removed]. I have checked local service and can see no issues.
Please could you let us know what we need to do? This is an office and it is causing disruption to services.
Many thanks

Is this a business account or personal contract?
If it is a business sim, then you need to ring 8002 or 0800 977 7337
As if its a personal contract you may be in breach of contract as these are not for commercial use.
Have you also checked the router admin pages and checked what the error message is, as it will show an error code on the admin pages. Have you spoken to your IT Support provider?

Hello @YCP
firstly you should use edit top r.h.corner drop down to remove all personal details as this is an open forum and not secure.
It seems that you would need to contact o2 customer services
They are on social media
Facebook Twitter and Instagram
Social Media Teams will be on hand just
send them a message
