Hi, I have just changed to O2 from Vodafone after 30 years due to signal issues on their network. I was assured the signal would be much better but having lived my phone and my son’s it’s worse than before. He is struggling to get signal at school for homework, lessons, emails etc and I’m already regretting my decision. Is there anything I can do or will I have to change provider again?

O2 and Vodafone share masts so the signal is very similar.

Try EE as an alternative. Check with a PAYG sim before committing to a contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
