Solved: New sim, no wifi calling

I’ve had a network reset and now a new sim sent. I’ve activated my new sim and put it in but it won’t let me turn on wifi calling and keeps telling me to go to o2 to turn it on, but it already is enabled. I have zero signal without wifi still, so it’s not solved the problem

Have you checked with customer service that it is enabled on your account?

Also, what phone have you got?
