Hi there,

I have just received my new iPhone 13 and I am due to keep my same number. However I have received a 5G SIM card, so do I need to use that sim to be able to have 5G network coverage? If so, how do I keep my same number?

You need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
