New phone collection

I placed an order via upgrade for collection at a local store and a couple of hours having passed I decided to call in as I was passing. However the shop would not release the handset without a 4 digit code issued by email to me but was informed the system was down for this and had been since that afternoon. Next day now and still no email. Is there a work around or any news when the fix can be expected? The phone was there in its bag right in front of me. So frustrating

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
