My most recent contract ended in Oct.
I've just changed tariff from £10 per month for 10gb to £12.16 per month for 25gb Data.
My confirmation email confirmed this change but on my o2 account page it says I'll only have 12gb of data a month..
I would like confirmation from someone that I will be getting 25gb of data per month.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
