Hi my son dropped his phone in a canal trying to pick out rubbish, it was an I phone x, I am a very loyal customer please help me replace it 🙂 🙏

You will need to either use your household or other insurance policy you have to claim a new device, as o2 won't replace it for you, or buy another phone.
And being a loyal customer means nothing, im afraid, unless you are spending in the £10K's a year
