I have a new Apple Watch series 5. Purchased direct from Apple.
I wish to swap my current airtime plan from my old watch series 3 to this new one.
I’m following the instructions on how to do this to the letter, yet all I get is an error when the Watch app tries to take me to o2 page to do this!

Spoken to Apple who assure me the problem is with o2. When we looked at the about info in the Watch settings it shows no network, no sim.
Apparently they need to do something to activate the sim?
Any help would be appreciated.
My wife’s new watch is also doing this!! Both purchased same time direct from Apple.
