I have a no network signal in my area and all areas when I travel.

Here is the postcode mk40 4ps

I have reported a network issue on Friday 18th December 2020 and received a sms on Sunday 20th December 2020 advising me that there is no issue found


Its been 3 long weeks i have the no signal issue and alinabel to make calls time to time

I also cant receive and make calls to whats app it always disconnects to no signal

Normally it had a full 4 bar signal 3 weeks ago all the time

@NBIBI Please can you confirm you can use the internet on a web browser and other third party apps.

 

If its just whatsapp that has issue are you calling whilst travelling/on the move ?

 

Have you tried turning off 4g and see if works just on 3g.

 

Have you deleted whatsapp app and re-installed it ?

It’s WhatsApp and normal calls being the problem. The Newtork reception always low.

@O2Emma I have done everything. There is still a newtork issue with calling and receiving in normal calls and WhatsApp

Hi @NBIBI Please can you try your sim in your other phone as you have stated that it works fine so we need to establish if it is a sim or phone issue .

I tried the new sim in different phone it still has low reception. I have another active sim on another phone signal is high
