I have a no network signal in my area and all areas when I travel.

Here is the postcode mk40 4ps

I have reported a network issue on Friday 18th December 2020 and received a sms on Sunday 20th December 2020 advising me that there is no issue found


Its been 3 long weeks i have the no signal issue and alinabel to make calls time to time

I also cant receive and make calls to whats app it always disconnects to no signal

Normally it had a full 4 bar signal 3 weeks ago all the time

Hi @NBIBI please can you confirm if it is just whatsapp calls that you are having issue with when on 3g/4g or is it normal calls also ?

Can you browse the internet and use other third party apps ?

I can’t make WhatsApp calls it always cut off and try’s reconnecting. I’ve tried every steps from what’s app help and support for connection problems

It’s on 4g with only 1 signal bar

Can you access the internet on the phone with the issue?
Is it just WhatsApp that is a problem?
