I have a no network signal in my area and all areas when I travel.

Here is the postcode mk40 4ps

I have reported a network issue on Friday 18th December 2020 and received a sms on Sunday 20th December 2020 advising me that there is no issue found


Its been 3 long weeks i have the no signal issue and alinabel to make calls time to time

I also cant receive and make calls to whats app it always disconnects to no signal

Normally it had a full 4 bar signal 3 weeks ago all the time

Try your SIM in a different phone or a different SIM in your phone, as one or the oth6may be faulty.

Any O2 store will swap your SIM for free if needed or call O2 to order one

If the device is faulty then you can send it to o2 for them to try and repair.

Just got new sim and installed still network coverage issues with one signal bar can’t make what’s app call.

Isn’t the o2 job to contact the phone manufacturer Apple. I’m a pay monthly customer I want a repair or a replacement
