Network not working

Hi,
I received a message yesterday saying my data had ran out, I’ve logged in to the app and still have 7.99 gb remaining however my network will no longer work.
I’ve reset factory settings and turned on and off mobile data and nothing has worked.
Any advice please.

Have you set a data limit on your phone in data settings?
