When you say it's not working at all, what do you mean @Chloe30 ?
Can you make and receive calls? Can you send and receive texts? Does data work?

If you can, try your sim in another phone and/or your sim in another phone. This will let you know if your sim is the problem or your phone.
Failing that, call customer services or pop into a local shop and get a replacement sim - alternative numbers and hints on getting through are in the guide below.
