Network issue report

My wife and I recently moved house, according to the coverage map there's a good signal indoors for the whole local area. However, neither of our phones are getting reliable data - extremely slow and often none at all. We've tried all the usual things, resetting, going outside, walking down the street but no improvement. I've got an Android and she has an iPhone so not a handset issue. It seems to genuinely be an issue with O2s network in the area - but I've no idea how to report it.

 

Any ideas?

@Cleoriff Thanks - I've been trying all those things over the last couple of days - no improvement. I don't think it's an issue with the devices because it affects multiple devices both of which work outside of the local area.
