Hi, I recently upgraded my phone to an OppoA54. Since then, I've had lots of issues with making or receiving phonecalls. I can't even get a ringtone and a message appears saying there are network issues although when I check connectivity on the area it tells me that everything is fine. Also, I can see all the bars on my phone. So far I have restarted the phone a million times, switched off G5, taken the SIM card out and placed it in a different slot, etc but nothing has worked. I am really frustrated now because I can't see a guru in my local store and when I contacted O2 all I received was a generic SMS saying they were sorry to hear about my issue! Can somebody please help me,? BTW, I can receive and send text messages, WhatsApps and use the internet. Thank you.

Did you activate the 5g sim card or have you tried using your old 4g one?
