Network Support

My postcode is EH17 8JG
Received an email from 02 on January 22nd saying there was no network issue.

I'm able to send text messages, they are received fine. But I don't receive all text messages. I can receive some but not all. I noticed because I wasn't receiving text messages with 2 factor authentication codes. I've also not been receiving weekly marketing texts from companies. I can send texts to my partner and he gets them but I don't receive his messages. We live together and he is also with 02 so I'm not sure it's a coverage issue. I've troubleshoot the problem where I checked I was on the correct 02 Message Centre which I am and I forced my phone to try connect to another network and then put it back to 02. So not sure what else I can do.

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
