sms received saying no issues, 30 and 31 January 2021

I have a contract phone with you and to improve reception, I was advised to set up wifi calling, this sorted out the issue.

 

My current issue is with a PAYG sim, so I understand I cannot set up wifi calling, what else can I do? 

 

When I switch this phone on it says no service, then after a while shows the bars symbol, bit no bars are lit up?

For payg just try different networks and see who gives the best signal.
