Hi,
My phone has had no signal for the past day. After looking at the status checker, I can see there is an issue in the area. Can you please advise when this is likely to be resolved, as being a key worker its making it hard to work from home.

O2 won't give a timescale for mast repairs. You just need to keep checking here https://status.o2.co.uk/
I've just checked your post code and O2 are working on the mast.
