NO PHONE SIGNAL AT ALL

I am a central Winchester resident and have been having problems with my phone signal for months now. It has been especially bad over the past 3 weeks - to the extent that I cannot even obtain 3G coverage or a phone signal when out of the house. I am sitting in my kitchen now and there is NO SIGNAL AT ALL. I can't even call O2! This is unacceptable. I will move providers if I am not given an assurance that a) the situation will be resolved immediately and b) I will be given a refund for all the time that the signal has been down.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I logged onto Facebook and sent a message. I received a reply, to which I responded straight away. I sent a photo of my home page on my phone, showing no bars at all, and I am still waiting for any constructive answer. I need my phone for work - and I can't spend more time trying to sort this out. It's so frustrating.

Have you checked on https://status.o2.co.uk to see if one of your local masts are faulty, as this could explain poor signal.

Unfortunately o2 don't guarantee a fault free network and faults can take a while to fix depending on the issue, and they definitely if a mast issue be fixed immediately

Good luck in finding a Network that offers 100% guaranteed uptime......

- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
