My signal is terrible at home. Phone calls cut out and texts don’t come through.
move followed all the advice on manually selecting network and refreshing network passwords vpn etc, but nothing helps. Considering switching to a new provider.
All your signal check services say I should be able to get good 3G coverage both in and outdoors, but this isn’t the case

@Flossy See if there's anything in these guides to help:

How can I sort out my network issues? - o2uk

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)

If you're considering switching providers, get Pay & Go sims from the other networks and see who gives you the best signal before committing to any of them.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
