My iPhone 12 won’t connect to cellular network

My phone only works on WiFi. I can make calls when not on WiFi but can’t use data, send txt’s use apps or access internet. Please help

Do a network reset in settings

If you still have a problem check the apn settings

Have you done a sim swap from your old sim?

Thanks for the reply. Tried the network reset, no difference. Tried following the o2 help guides, no difference. Tried contacting O2 no luck. Think I’m only going to fix it by changing network provider. Thanks for trying to help Jonsie, appreciate it
