Hi I have started a new contract on the 18th of last month and o2 have tried to take money out on the 6th, unfortunately there was no money in this account as I don't get paid until the 15th, I cannot contact o2 to explain my problem and now they're going to charge money on top if its not payed by the 10th, is there a way to contact o2 about this? Thanks
