I want to know why my Bill's £87.odds pence and I'm fed up with getting late payment fees when I paid the Bill's it was a day late it better stop as I'm really getting *bleep* off with this from o2x

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Its beyond a joke with this I've had enough off all this with o2 I paid my bill a day late so why am I getting these late payment charges so stop this

@Lady If you want to avoid the aggravation of late payment messages and fees, set up a Direct Debit. Your bill has to be paid every month come what may, so there's no reason not to have it paid automatically without you having to remember to pay.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
