Moving from another provider

Hi. Does anyone know how long it’s currently taking to change phone numbers when moving from another provider? Both my daughter and I moved from EE over the weekend, we have provided PAC numbers but our numbers still haven’t changed. Thanks

@Joanne99 O2 don't do ports over the weekend, which would have included Monday this past weekend and could be part of your problem. Hopefully you will be able to get the issue resolved tomorrow.
