Hello @Sam99

Welcome to the o2 Community forum.

It would seem sensible to get in touch with o2 customer services to find out what the payment was for.

Best time to call is early in the morning at 08.00am   These guides will help

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Get the day date and any other details that accompany the payment from the bank. Also perhaps you should ask your bank too.

Many best wishes and hope all is well soon.

If you don't have any contracts or PAYG dealings with o2, then you need to report it to your bank and o2 and also look on your credit report to see if anyone has taken out a contract /ordered something in your name.

O2 can be contacted on 0344 809 0202 from any phone, you can speak to your bank on 159 (check it supports this service by googling 159 fraud number).

Make sure all your passwords are changed and also report it to Action Fraud.

- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
