I recently changed my monthly tariff, but now the voicemail on my iPhone is not working as before.

It looks like I'm now missing the iData bolt on. Can you please advise how I can get this activated?

By contacting O2.

All numbers to call are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The number 0800 587 4005 appears to have a high success rate of contact with CS.

Best of luck.

Thanks. I tried that, but keep getting cut off. Is there no way to do this using My 02?

No sorry. It's another obvious thing that could be added in your MyO2 but there's a long list to go at.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks, but any idea how I can get this bolt on added. It would be really useful to get it enabled or activated.

By following the guide I posted and using the numbers included to contact O2.

0800 587 4005 seems to be the best one to try.
