Hi I have a message saying invalid Sim I was told to take it out and put it back in and it still says it occasionally goes back to the O2 reading and then it says invalid so I’m presuming I need a new one and I’ve just changed my contract and I’m trying to make a phone call to O2 is there a number I can call please

You can get a replacement sim if necessary by calling into your nearest O2 store. They will supply you with a new sim and transfer everything onto your new sim.

or call O2

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
