Hi there, I joined o2 last month and have had no signal the entire time where I live as a mast is in need of repair. I discovered this through your website after searching on my postcode and logged for updates. It’s extremely challenging trying to get through to anyone at o2 to find out what’s happening with this. I just keep getting automated text messages saying there is no update yet. How do I speak to someone to find out when this will be fixed and that I will be refunded for as long as this continues please? I cannot actually use my phone. Thanks

@Leanne23

No one will tell you unfortunately as it's not something that O2 share.

With regards to compo, you need to wait until the mast is fixed, then call customer services to see what they can do for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
