MCK needed

Hi everyone.
This is my first time posting so apologies if I fubar at all. 😊
I've been trawling forums, holding online support chats and basically wasting hours (6 so far today alone) trying to get the MCK to unlock my old Samsung S7 (O2) for my friend to use on the BT network.
I won't give the blow by blow account of all the twists and turns because it seems to be a common problem.
Let's just say, I'm beyond frustrated and in dire need of finally finding someone that can help resolve this.
Stumbling upon posts here that mention @Martin-O2 had me almost weeping with joy.
So, with no shame whatsoever, I throw myself at your feet pleading for mercy.
Please, for the love of God, throw my S7 a lifeline and spare it a sad and lonely existence as a rather expensive paperweight. 🙏
