I am trying to find any help in obtaining a MCK code from o2, I spoke to o2 advisers and been sent to Samsung customer service as I was told o2 don't have access to it. Samsung told me they cannot do that as my network provider supposed to do that for me as its sim related issue. Can anyone tell me if there's any way to get it from o2 as their advisers seems not to know what to do about it?

You've got no chance with customer service as they wouldn't have a clue what you were asking for.

Hi there

 

I am at the end of my tether, no one on the o2 support number knows about MCK codes and I also (afte doing lots of nline tawling support forums) need an MCK code for my phone!

 

can you help please

Hello, I am in the same boat. My old s8 phone is o2 locked and my partner wanted to use it for himself. He ended up freezing the phone so now we need an MCK code, but have absolutely no clue where to get it from.
